I started with solid red nails using OPI Thrill of Brazil. I fished out the heart glitter out of NOPI Love your Life with a long handled dotting tool (or you could use a toothpick!) Place them as you like on your nail. I added single hearts to the other nails, then used the glittery base of the polish as my topcoat!
