China Glaze Lite Brites collection for Summer 2016 Swatches and Review

Hey guys! So sorry for the absence! I have had this collection swatched for weeks and just have not had the time to sit down and type up my notes! My youngest son started a new preschool this past month and a few extra things as well so that along with trying to go to the gym more AND my regular responsiblilities have left me little time for nails. Can't wait for summer!!

Lite Brites Summer 2016

Because I'm short on time I'll try to be consise on my reviews!

Hot Flash is a bright tomatoey red. I've always said this is a very wearable shade of red for me! Formula is fantastic-almost a one coater for me. This is 2 coats plus topcoat.

Hot Flash

None of Your Risky Business is a bright pastel neon orange. Not my favorite color, but if you are an orange lover this one's for you! I had some issues with this one not leveling out, but several other bloggers I follow had no trouble. This is 2 coats plus topcoat.

None of Your Risky Business

Whip it Good is a bright pastel yellow neon. I also had the same trouble with this one but again plenty of people didn't. This shade makes me look so tan on camera! Yippee. This is 2 coats plus topcoat.

Whip It Good

Lime After Lime is a bright pastel grassy green neon. The formula here was pretty good, yay for that! This is 2 coats plus topcoat.

Lime after Lime

What I Like About You is a shimmery turquoise. I can appreciate a good shimmer but I wish this was a creme! This one dries fast and really matte so you have to work fast. This is 2 coats plus topcoat.

What I Like About You

Lip Smackin Good is a bright neon bubblegum pink. It photographs a bit darker than it is, I gave up trying to color correct it. Neons are so tricky! There is a really faint fuchsia shimmer. I can't remember how many coats this was but I think it was 2-I didn't write that down for some reason!

Lip Smackin Good

I Got a Blue Attitude is strangely named because it's definitely more purple than blue! Even more purple than blurple (love that blogging term? Haha) There's a teeny bit of blue shimmer as well. This is 2 coats plus topcoat.

I got a Blue Attitude

Bite me (hahaha) is a really bright coral neon with a subtle gold shimmer. The formula is great and this would be amazing on toes for the summer!

Bite Me

Papa Don't Preach is a glitter filled maybe a texture maybe not? Day glow Orange with a strong gold shimmer. Y'all know how I feel about the color sooooo. It does dry down gritty but in my opinion I don't think it's meant to be a texture. One coat of seche Vite was enough to smooth it out.

Papa Don't Preach

I'll Pink to That is a fuschia neon. This is one of my favorite shades of pink-I'm all about that raspberry pink life! I love this one.

I'll Pink to That

We Got the Beet is the purple sister to Papa Don't Preach. I left this with out topcoat so y'all could see how it dries down. It's just not a texture to me-it's a glittery polish that needs topcoat. Really pretty though!

We Got the Beet

Let's Jam is a light orchid purple with blue shimmer. This one got the honor of being swatched last and worn for a few days! How proud are we that I didn't pick the turquoise?! *pats self on back* This is 2 coats plus topcoat, the formula was great!

Lets Jam
This collection is pretty widely available now, which ones have y'all picked up? Again I'm sorry it took me so long to get this up, hopefully I'll be able to get back to my blogging schedule soon! Thanks guys!
