Zoya Delight Collection for Spring 2015 Swatches, Review and Comparisons!

Hey guys! Long time no blog! Things have been actually insane here for the past 2 weeks. I hate that I haven't had a chance to get these up! I swatched these 2 weeks ago actually, good thing I took notes! If you follow me on Instagram you know how crazy it's been. I won't get into that here, let's just get into these awesome spring colors! I think we are all ready for some warmer weather!

Today I have the Zoya Spring Collection. They sent me these several weeks ago, and I just love looking at them because it seems like we are never going to get to spring here :/ I'll try to not be too wordy (don't I always say that??) but I will have a few thoughts on each and some bottle shot comparisons at the end!

Black and red "Anti-Valentine's Day" nails

Hey guys! I have something a little different today, for me any way! Last week I had an idea for "anti" Valentines day nails using a mixture of reds and blacks. This is one of the few times something came out exactly as I planned! Between the time I did these and now I've seen several other similar idea'd manis around so I guess I'm not the only one with this idea, haha!

I used 4 OPI polishes for this, 3 of which were untried! What!!! This post marks 13 untried polishes I've used this week. I'm super proud of that!

black: Black Onyx. The most perfect black in the history of the world. Used many times and will continue to. The end.

red shimmery crème: Innie Minnie Mighty Bow. This one is really pretty, I'm not really a red girl but this one is really pretty! I think I have most of both years of Minnie Mouse polishes, maybe I should do a swatch post on them? I've used most of them lots. Except this one, haha. But it's gorgeous!

red glitter: Gettin' Miss Piggy With It from the first Muppets line. Hilarious name! I have most of those glitters as well and I'm trying to think of good ways to use them! This one is red and silver glitter in a clear base. It's definitely a topper...I don't think you could get it opaque unless you used a sponge mannnnnnny times.

texture: Stay The Night. This was one of the first liquid sands OPI put out! its mostly black with a red sparkle running through out. I've had it forever but this is the first time I've worn it! I was kind of scared because its black, but its  more like a dark charcoal color. I definitely like it way more than I thought I would!

topcoat: I honestly can't remember. Bad blogger! It was only a few days ago but I didn't write it down. It was either Seche Vite or HK Girl. No topcoat on the textures.

vinyls: lightning bolt nail vinyls from Nailvinyls.com

Here's the tutorial video! It might seem kind of slow but I don't speed up my You Tube videos anymore. What you see is really how slow I go, I've always been a slow polisher, it really helps with not getting any on the skin!

I thought this would look really cool matte....and it did! I wore it for a whole day like this! I felt like such a badass, giggles!

Purple ombre Zebra stripes for Marcella's Birthday!

Hey guys! Today I have some zebra stripes and another video! I am on a roll, haha!

Today is my friend Marcella's birthday, my sista from anotha beach ;) and  one of my fellow "Glitter Gals". We have been having so much fun doing these birthday collab manis lately! It's been a busy week because hers and Aly's birthdays are only few days apart! Plus with this week being Valentine's week and me trying to get some looks done for that, AND videos, and life being hectic it's been crazy!

Marcella loves purple and animal  prints so we decided to all chose a different animal to do. I called Zebra because it's the only one I can do ;)

Fish Scale nails for Aly's Birthday!

Hello! I had kind of a crazy weekend, I meant to get this blog up yesterday! The stomach flu came through our house, I was up all night with my 6 year old and paid for it all day on Saturday! The rest of us some how seem to have escaped, so feeling very lucky!

Yesterday was my friend Aly's  (  @alygaterr ) birthday! My fellow glitter gals and I got together and did these fish scale nails to celebrate her love (and skill!) for fishing! I love these birthday mani's, they are so fun.

I used EIGHT polishes for this mani inspired by Kelli of The Nail Polish Challenge, all Zoyas!

Zoya Naturel Satins for 2015 Swatches and Review

Hey guys! Today I have the Zoya "Transitional" Naturel Satin collection review! Finally! :) These were provided by Zoya for my review and my opinion is definitely my own-yall know that ;)

These are meant to be a transition from the dark colors from fall/winter to the pastels of spring. These were highly anticipated by all of us! For one, I was (and am) a HUGEEEE fan of the Matte Velvets Zoya put out last year. You can read my review of them here! I figured if these were half as good as those then I would be a happy camper. And look, more frosty bottles! GAH they are just so pretty!

So let's get in to it!

Super Bowl (Patriot themed) nails for 2015!

Hey guys! It's Superbowl Sunday! Today I have a little thing called "twin nails" where I and another girl (my friend Beckie of @PolishedbyBeckie) get together and design a mani to do together! Fun right! Even with the same design the outcome is still usually just a tad different and I love that! I stayed up way late last night to get these done (so busy lately!) and I was filming each step which always make the process take longer!

Beckie and I are both Patriots fans so naturally we needed to do some Patriots nails!
