This is Zoya Ling from the Summer 2014 Tickled collection. I've raved about it before, and if you like blue, you NEED this in your life. That's all there is to say about that. The glitter is Mosheen, which was part of the holiday collection last year and I picked it up in the Earth day sale this year. I was pleasantly surprised how much glitter payoff in one coat! Wow!
I'll leave it at that, Mosheen is my untried for this mani and now lots of pictures for you :)
