Pink and Gold Valentine's Day nails featuring Carrie Underwood Nicole by OPI shades

Hello! Happy Tuesday! I hope there's some of you out there are having warm weather because it is gray and miserable here this week. Winters in TN :( Anyway, I have a cute and easy Valentine's look for yall today! I've had these couple Nicole by OPI Carrie Underwood shades for a while now, they've been sitting and waiting patiently to be used! I even have an autographed bottle...I'm a lucky girl ;) I have 2 of the autographed polish because I want the signed one to stay in mint condition!

Yall have seen this look from me before...I totally love mixing and matching different textures and crèmes! It adds such dimension with out looking super busy. Most times I stay away from having a pattern on every nail (except in certain situations).

Here's the video tutorial! This is super easy guys! If you don't have a dotting tool you can use a toothpick, needle, safety pin, tweezers, or practically anything!

Here  I go trying to be fancy with my pose again. I don't know how some ladies do this! I always feel ridiculous.

The polishes I used are all Nicole by OPI:

Heart glitter: Love Your Life (I always use this for Valentines Day! I'm pretty sure it's still available, although I've had mine for several years.

Pink texture: Candy is Dandy from the Gumdrops textures line: quick review/not untried but undocumented on this blog: Pink. Texture. I love it. 2 coats. The end.

Pink crème: Carnival Cotton Candy (Carrie Underwood): quick review/previously untried: the formula was ok, not great. It took 3 coats to be opaque enough for me. Super pretty color, though!

Gold glitter: Carrie'd Away (Carrie Underwood): quick review/previously untried: also really pretty, this was supposed to be Carrie's "signature color" from this line. I think it can be used a glitter topper or a polish, but it took 3 coats to be opaque as you can see in the video. It could have used a forth but I stopped there. I think it would look really pretty in a single coat over a lot of colors, I need to use it more!
