Lush Guardian of the Forest bath bomb review PLUS matching Zoya manicure!

Image
Hey guys! Today's the first official Lush review from me! I have lots of different stuff coming up, content wise, and I hope you guys enjoy some variety. I know I do! My Lush reviews will be a little different...I'm not going to be getting in-depth as to the "notes" of the scents and when they decide to appear and on what level using these products, yadda yadda yadda. There's plenty of other sites for that as well as the Lush websites. What I WILL be doing is giving a regular-person impression of the products, what I think they smell like in laymans terms, and if I would repurchase them (the ultimate judgement!) I've also been having fun creating mani's that match them :) I'm starting with the Guardian of the Forest bath bomb-lets go!   Guardian of the Forest

Zoya Urban Grunge collection for Fall 2016: The Cremes

Image
Hello! Today I have the second half of the fall Zoya collection called Urban Grunge. If you missed the Metallics be sure to check them out HERE!  These are advertised to be "one-coat" cremes. The summer cremes were advertised that way as well but didn't quite turn out that way for me. Let's see how these polishes stack up!

Zoya Urban Grunge for Fall 2016: the Metallics

Hello! Today I have the first half of the fall 2016 from Zoya called Urban Grunge. This "metallic" half contains a few shimmers and a few new colors in the beloved scattered holos Zoya is known for! If you are a fan of Dream, Blaze, Aurora, Payton, and Storm then there's a few here you will need. NEED! Let's get to it! And be sure to check out the sister collection the Urban Grunge Cremes.

My first huge Lush haul, Why I ordered from the UK, and preview of what's to come!

Hello! How's everyone? Today is just the beginning of me finally bringing something different to the blog! Every time I try to start a new segment or series I either get busy or lose interest, haha! But I feel a serious obsession coming on with Lush, combined with a new attitude of trying to take time for myself more lately. There's several other things I'm into enough to warrant reviewing and posting, partly because I really do love reviewing things, and partly because I LOVE to read reviews! I promise I have bought nothing at Ulta, Sephora, or Lush without reading a hundred reviews. Mostly when I can't sleep at night! As with anything that's a little pricey, I always do my research to find the best deal! Hopefully you guys will like the different approach I'm taking on the upcoming product reviews--there's no shortage of Lush reviews on line so I've come up with a original take, I think! :)

China Glaze Rebel collection for Fall 2016

Image
Hello! Today I have the fall collection from China Glaze, called "Rebel" and it's inspired by the music, colors and mood from the 90's! As usual China Glaze has a great mixture of finishes in this collection. What I WASN'T expecting was so many awesome one-coaters there would be! There's been a lot of hype over this collection, let's jump in and check it out! All swatched are done with basecoat and topcoat.  Fresh Prince-ss is a nice baby doll bubble gum pink cream. A little thin on the first coat but covered nicely on the 2nd. Not original but everyone should have a shade like this in their collection to go to!   Fresh Prince-ss Jagged Little Teal is a teal (duh, lol) creme. Snaps for the name, China Glaze! :) This color makes me weak in the knees-heart eyes! The formula is bomb.com. My middle finger nail needed 2 coats for some strange reason but all the other nails have one coat! I classify this as a one coater.  Literally, in my no...
