I don't do cutesy stuff on my nails very often, and I went back and forth a million times on what to do. I decided on cupcakes, then realized I could use my bday polish Picture Polish Frosting! I really love how they came out! shade Here's a pic in direct sun. I'm trying to get more shots in direct sun over shade, I just dislike how my skin tone looks! Hey guys! These are my gradient nails for the Nail Art Jan challenge going on on Instagram. I'm pretty much terrible at "gradient" nails i.e. sponging on different colors sooo.... I went with a glitter gradient instead. Which I'm not great at either, but getting better :) These turned out quite bridal, I think! Hey guys! These are my "pastel blue" nails for the #nailartjan challenge going on on Instagram. I mean, a very high percentage of the polishes I own are blue sooooo........ easily a favorite for me! I am on a serious tape mani kick now, obviously! Here is a quick tutorial on how to do this! This is my first official tutorial, let me know what you think! I am going to try to keep them simple! I think pictoral collages like this are very helpful. First up: I started with 2 thin coats of my "blue" OPI Gargantuan Green Grape. I use it alot! Then clean up the edges..this is what I'm currently using to clean up. The brush is an old one from a makeup brush kit from Target...I need a new one! While the polish is drying, I cut strips out of painters tape with some craft scissors. Look at me not using Chevron! Then I added a 3rd coat of GGG to all nails except my ring finger, I used OPI Tiffany Case. I used this over the other polish instead of on its own, because...

Hey guys! With the Tinkerbell Half Marathon this weekend at Disney Land, I really wanted to do Tink nails. I'm not running this race this year but I hope to in the next few years! I knew exactly which polish to use too....Sweet on Pete from last year's Nicole by OPI Tinkerbell Collection! This is the exact color of Tink's dress (dress? outfit? onsie?)  Nicole by OPI Sweet on Pete On top of SOP I added a layer of Color Club Femme Fatale (from the bargain bin at BBB, for 50c, holla!) and a layer of Revlon Heavenly. Guys, I really wanted to use Fairy Dust, I really did, but these other 2 just felt more iridescent like her wings. Kills me that I didn't use it though! For the accent nail, I painted an outline of her wings with The Most Awesome Silver Ever, and then dabbed in more of Heavenly. Hey Yall! Here is some of my Christmas goodies! I am on an undisclosed-length "no-buy" because of the mass amounts of polish that I aquired during the holidays!   As some of you may already know, my husband traveled to Australia in December for work and to visit family. On Qantas and many other international flights, they have a catalogue of gift-y type things you can purchase. These are ONLY available on these flights. The one time I traveled to Australia, about 10 years ago, I purchased a huge Clinique makeup compact thing, it was awesome with a huge mirror! Anyhoo, he saw this and sent me a text about it. It was reasonably priced for 4 full sized bottles, none of which I had already! Plus, the packaging, I mean, come on! Have any of yall ever seen this before????? Let me know in the comments! Can I just say, it's so weird to type 2014! Here are some quick nails I did for this weekend's award show the Golden Globes. I love award shows, but more I love the red carpet specials to see what everyone's wearing! yay. I've had these Picure Polishes for weeks and only now had time to use them! How gorgeous is Monroe?? I experimented a little with glitter placement with this crazy awesome holographic NOPI I grabbed as soon as I knew it existed!  It's one of the few polishes I have that I paid full price for.
